Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless Agreement
Assumption of Risks: Purchase of any product/service in the HyperHero Offroad store carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one product to another, but the risks range from (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains to (2) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. And include Damage and/or total loss of vehicle.
By Making a purchase, You Agree to the following Paragraph:
I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue HyperHero Offroad, their officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of the customer, its officers, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), property loss, economic loss, emotional distress, psychical injury, pain or suffering of any kind, and damages arising from, but not limited to, installation of the product or use of service.
You acknowledge that the above list is not inclusive of all possible risks of using Products/services, and You are aware of the risks involved whether described or not. You agree to make sure that You know how to safely install and use parts, and You agree to observe any rules and practices that may be required to minimize the risk of injury. You have read the previous paragraph and You know, understand, and assume all risk by making a purchase from HyperHero Offroad. Your execution of a sale through the HyperHero Offroad store is legal acknowledgment that you agree to Assumption of Risks.
As mentioned in the refund section, we can not warranty or assume responsibility for any damage to parts related to the installation of our products. This includes, but is not limited to: wheel bearings, end links, cables, wires, CV axles and boots, or wheel liners.
