Refund policy
We have a 30-day return/cancellation/exchange policy on any of our in house products, which means you have 30 days after purchase of your item(s) to request a return/refund. Please Note: We CAN NOT refund preorders or orders that involve any outside vendors, as we pay them for the order immediately after the sale is made, in an effort to assure the shortest lead times in thier order cues. This includes, but is not limited to all solar products, Gleaming Alloy, Fox products, and Dobinson.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/cancellation, you can contact us at sales@hyperhero-offroad.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking fee of 18% will be retained on any canceled/returned orders. This is necessary to cover the unrecoverable charges card processing, and store fees taken during the original sale.

Damages and Warranty issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items with LIMITED WARRANTIES include Dobsinson parts, Gleaming Alloy parts, and Fox parts. These products are limted to defects in manifacturing ONLY. No warranty is issued for any level of use or abuse once installed. Dobinson Suspension is wholly responsible for any order errors and customers must adhere Dobinson policies.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Any item that shows use, abuse or wear. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
**Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special discounts, or gift cards.**
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in around 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Associated Damage
We can not warranty or assume responsibility for any damage to parts related to the installation of our products or any vendor product purchased through our store. This includes, but is not limited to: wheel bearings, end links, cables, wires, CV axles and boots, or wheel liners. -rev 2/24
