Shipping policy

We strive to ship items within 3-5 business days on custom HyperHero parts and most name brand products once payment has processed. Some Items, particularly the solar hood panels and related parts are made on demand and will take up to 20 business days to manufacture, and 8-10 days shipping time. Dobinsons suspension components are well know for logistics issues and one or more products in an order can cause the entire order to take up to 8-12 weeks to ship, depending on when your order is placed and loaded into their order cue. Dobinsons typically fulfills orders in whole, and often will hold all parts in an order to ship together.  Please plan accordingly with these products. Pre-orders follow manufacturing and shipping strategies described in the product description page. EcoFlow porducts some times have to be transferd state-side from Japan before we can package and ship. Please keep all of these shipping details in mind when making purchases.
